- Full name and phone number (and WhatsApp number).
- Home address, for installation and maintenance.
- Subscription details: plan, activation and expiry dates, payment and renewal history.
- Technical information needed to run the service, such as connection username and device status.
- Messages you send us via WhatsApp or phone.
3. How we use information
- To provide, install and maintain the internet service.
- To manage subscriptions, renewals and payments.
- To send service notifications via WhatsApp Business, such as: upcoming subscription expiry, renewal or payment confirmation, maintenance and outage notices, and replies to your enquiries.
- To provide technical support.
4. WhatsApp messages
We send messages using the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta. Service notifications are sent only to subscribers who gave us their number. You can stop receiving messages at any time by sending “STOP” (or «إيقاف») to our WhatsApp Business number, or by telling us at the office or by phone. WhatsApp's processing of messages is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
5. Sharing information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only as necessary with service providers we rely on to operate the service (such as the WhatsApp platform for sending messages), or with authorities when required by Iraqi law.
6. Security and retention
We store information on protected systems with access limited to authorised staff. We keep it for the duration of your subscription and afterwards only as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes, then delete it.
7. Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your information (after ending your subscription and settling any balance), or to stop WhatsApp messages, by contacting us through any method on this page.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the date of the last update.
